Lazarus (Laz) Doris is a longtime executive who loves bringing people together around meaningful work. At Agilent Technologies in Carpinteria, California and Austin, Texas, he leads a diverse mix of scientists, engineers, professionals, and technicians committed to advancing cancer diagnostics. He believes the best leadership happens when people feel purpose, connection, and room to grow.
Beyond his corporate role, Laz is known for strengthening community connections. Laz has served in multiple chamber boards and community leadership roles, helping businesses and community-focused organizations to tackle challenges like regional power reliability and long-term economic development.

With more than two decades of community and economic development leadership, Kristen Miller serves as President & CEO of the Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce. She works closely with business, civic, and nonprofit partners to strengthen the regional economy and improve the local quality of life. Kristen’s work has earned her multiple regional leadership awards and regular recognition as one of the area’s most influential voices.
